Did my 1960 Single Six magnum come with a Lone rifle cylinder?

Well, I found out while cleaning them they both have the magnum cylinder in them I have a extra long rifle cylinder. How can I tell if it’s a new model or a old model. It is a hair longer than the magnum cylinder. I can get it machined to match the magnum cylinder.

The 489960 is not a magnum. Regular single six.

That's what I thought too. The other looks like 56 or 57.

If you said the cases had marks on them. A gall mark or something. I missed that post. Been using imperial sizing wax for over 25 years and all brands of dies and never had to polish any of them. Too much polish might do more harm than good.
