I just got my Redhawk back from Ruger today after sending it back due to similar issues. My cylinder would not close with properly moonclipped 45ACP. Worked fine with 45LC. They replaced the extractor and pawl. Works excellent now. Ruger had it for less than two weeks. I am very pleased with...
