I've only shot one snake with snake shot. Shot 'em twice ('bout 5 feet in front of me) with CCI .38/.357 shot shells. I really ticked him off, but he left in a hurry. Might have died later, but he was movin' too fast at the time for me to get a third shot. I was kinda underwhelmed with the CCI...

I used to sell guns many years ago, and I noticed the same problem with the black S&W autos. The crappy finish was very fragile and would just chip off.

I found out that the Taurus "lifetime warranty" means that you can keep sending the gun back to them for the rest of your life, and they may, or may not, ever get it fixed right. And they really don't care.

I got 2 for CAS so I could practice with the cheap 9mm Wolf ammo. As big and close as the handgun targets are the 9mm is great to practice with. I have both barrel lengths. They are tack drivers with the magnum loads. When shooting 9mm, both of them shoot jacketed bullets better than lead. I...
