It doesn't have any seal or weatherstripping so I would assume hair could get in easily. It's just a metal door against the metal frame. I suppose I could add some weatherstripping

Update: Received my gun today. They replaced the slide and fired 30 routes of black hills 115G FMJ with no malfuntions. It looks great.

There is no way I could hit one of those.

I'm a beginner so I don't want something too small but looking for some sort of spinner target that I can practice with.

I received an email this morning from Ruger. They want me to send the gun back to them so they can examine and repair. I'm fine with that. Sucks that I have to send it off but I'd rather have a new gun with no markings. We'll see what happens.
