    P95 Mag Release

This thread has me humming "Praise the Lord, and pass the ammunition…"

    P95 Mag Release

I think I had a similar problem, self-inflicted until I discovered the need to push a little bit forward also.

Ruger Single Seven 327 Federal Magnum

So many good stories above, both about Ruger and about the Single-seven. I don’t get to shoot as often as I’d like, and have probably 75-100 rounds through my S7 (none for the last 2 years or so). As I recall, the base pin was sumbitch to get back in for a while, but was starting to get better...

    Blazer ammo

Never a problem with Blazer, but they do use a small primer in 45 acp - at least in the ammo I’ve acquired recently.

    Selling Ammunition

I’ll give you $21. :) As said above, store has to make a profit. Sure wish I still had a spam can of 7.62x39 I sold to my LGS a few years ago…

    What are some people thinking?

Looks like the elusive Mark IV snubby.

Just got my Ruger made Marlin 1894 .44 back from Marlin repair shop--UPDATE

Good foresight getting the 2nd stock. Wish I had thought of that when I sent my LCP 10th anniversary in. Thought they’d just replace the ejector, but they replaced the slide and barrel. The original slide had a beautiful finish, the replacement looks like they took a blued one off the line...

    Appendix Carry

Personally, I’d never carry a striker-fired gun appendixially (I think I just invented a new word). And I prefer most any other style of carry…"never point your gun at anything you’re not willing to destroy" comes to mind.

Georgia Arms Ammunition is up and running

That’s great news! I was hoping they’d be able to come back.

Anyone reload 7.62x25 for a Tokarev?

Finally found some time, and loaded 4 rounds with 7.1 gr of AA7. Didn’t cycle the action, so maybe I’ll try 7.3 next time.

Royalty payments are always nice too.

    Powder thrower.

I love those homemade dippers! I have a Lee perfect powder measure. Been very happy with it. I have 2 holes on the front edge of my small loading bench (no, there isn’t a large one) next to a single press, and install it there when doing the powder stage. I keep the screws in the holes when...

Bought my first powder in a long time

I won’t be over that way anytime soon, but a co-worker just arrived there for their occasional week-long visit to mother-in-law. I’ve never had 2400, maybe I can trade you for some of yours sometime…

    powder particles on work bench

I use a cheap small brush and have a small metal dog dish I sweep it into. When I have enough to almost cover the bottom of the dish, I take it outside along with some matches…
