new to me Single Six w/conversion cylinder

(excitement); made a decent swap on a low-use 63-4xxxx model, with tiny adjustable rear sight. Non-original box & nothing else but red bag with extra cylinder. I shot at steel plates @ 25' from the bench; took 10 shots to get it on the target. Sight was adj so POI was about 6" L of POA at...

    New GP100 22LR FTF

With grief & sorrow this thread reminds of my own problem with the same model, wherein after several dozen rounds the cylinder would actually bind so much it was impossible to rotate with trigger pull. Factory repair failed several times before they eventually replaced entire pistol. While the...

    Mark II problem

gotta celebrate a little on the reassembly of an actual unfired MkII bull barrel model, that I bought a couple years past. I determined to finally take it apart to clean/lube and LEARN to do the reassembly....have done a few times on previous well-worn units and 1 ultraLITE version. This was...

    Value Ruger Mark I Target

Do you consider this a 'collector' more than a 'shooter' value piece?

Ruger pc 9 glock mag well question

Mine required a bit of attention from local smith before bolt function was reliable. Since then nearly 1000 rounds no issue.

    PC Carbine Range Report

I also discovered take down bag too tight after adding butt stock spacers. On the other hand now the sights line up perfectly without twisting around to see them.

    PC Carbine range outing

headed for speed steel match this weekend; the TRS25 mounted last week seems to be an advantage. Now running 'nearly glitch free' at about 800 rounds downrange. Very pleasing package!

RUGER PC CARNINE 9MM TAKE DOWN

re: "Did you need to trim the mag well insert itself?" sorry for delay in responding, was out of town for a while; my smith said the mag well itself just was 'tightened up a bit' while the feed ramp? was the culprit.....whatever he did fixed it and have ~zero~ current issues of any kind...

    twin RS international's

Inquiry: I had an early RSI in 308 that quickly became my favorite woods rifle. Discovered though the heating of barrel after 3 or 4 shots changed POI way too much for my old eyes. Of course on cooling all was fine, but made me wonder about such in other calibers. Would appreciate some...

RUGER PC CARNINE 9MM TAKE DOWN

My surprise was for speed steel the stock iron sights prove to be perfect. Had initial feed issue with glock mags but a little local smith trim cured. Now at about 700 rounds running 'nearly 100%' reliable.
