I want to thank everybody for their response. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Would have preferred that my SR1911 had serrations on the slide front and checkering on the grip front. I'm not going to worry to much about the slide front but would like to do something about the grip front. I know there are tapes to use. What have some of you guys done.

Thank you DeltaRose for the chance. There is nothing wrong with the Smiths but the Rugers are my personal favories. The .357 Redhawk to the right of the .44 came to me from Crytot out in Wahington State and is more accurate than I am. Thanks again and congratulations AJGUNNER.

A Redhawk .357 revolver and thanks to our own Crytot I have one. Thank you Nate you still have my deepest appreciation.

Good question, I am putting Hogues on my 4" Security Six and would like to carry this revolver so I am also looking for a holster for the same purpose.

a Bolo from WWl, original canvas scabbard is gone. Weighs 1.5# Once used for fighting later used for clearing land.

I really like those solid deep blue jobs.
