    Ultradot 30

I finally purchased the UD30 based on reviews here and other forums, the scope really is well made and so far I'm very happy with it. Before going ahead with a Weigand base for my SBH hunter 44mag., I wanted to try the Ruger rings, so I sent back the 1" rings in exchange for the 30's. I then...

    Ultradot 1" vs 30mm

Redline, Weigand doesn't sell 30mm rings anymore, what would be a good alternative for low rings?

    Ultradot 1" vs 30mm

Thanks guys. I'm in the process of trying to exchange the 1" rings that came with the gun for 30mm's. i bought the gun about 9 month's ago so I'll see if Ruger will do it or not. I actually would like to mount it further back with a Weigand base and the lowest rings possible but I'll see what...

    Ultradot 1" vs 30mm

I'm still considering a scope for my Bisley hunter SBH 44mag and if I go with an Ultradot, is there much difference between the 1" and 30mm 4moa models? It will be used for hunting and target and my shots will probably be under 50yrds, which means that the dot size will be 2". It would be nice...

    SBH 44 Bisley scope options

Looks really cool! Did you use the rings that are supplied with the scope? Is the third ring really necessary? Thanks

    SBH 44 Bisley scope options

Yea, you're right. Guess I was thinking more of shirt sleeve size. Armpit to finger is about 27"

    SBH 44 Bisley scope options

Thanks guys. I really wanted to keep it simple for a handgun which is why I though a low power 2x or maybe a 1x4 var would be the way to go. My shots will definitley be under 100yrd probably close to 60; I'll use a rifle for longer shots. If I go the red dot route with a 30mm tube, what is...

    SBH 44 Bisley scope options

Hey guys, I'm looking for a scope for my new SBH Bisley for range fun and hunting for deer and hogs. I'm thinking maybe 2x or 4x. I'm 6'2" and my arn length to the base of my thumb is about 34-35". The Leupold 2x-20mm has 18" eye relief, would I require more than that? Thanks

    Just ordered SBH Bisley Hunter

I just purchased the SBH Bisley 44 too and I love it! Bought it from Buds even though I found it for $584 locally but the dealer is a scumbag and I just refused to give him my business. I don't have a scope for yet, maybe eventually though. Good luck with it.

    SBH Bisley vs Blackhawk Bisley

Good Observation! I noticed this typo when I first started looking at them 2 month's ago.

    SBH Bisley vs Blackhawk Bisley

Definitley could be, would be easy to tell if I had them side by side. Anyway, I ended up ordering the Bisley SBH 44. Thanks

    SBH Bisley vs Blackhawk Bisley

Hi everyone, 1st post here. I'm pretty much set on buying the SBH bisley in 44mag but I also like the looks of the standard blued bisley BH. The scoping option of the SBH is great but imo, not necessary to kill deer and hogs within 50 yrds. So I guess my questions have to do with the...
