Okay guys looking for a place that sells after market bottom metal fpor a Ruger M77 tang safety in 7MM Mag.
Send me an address or phone number please if you know of a decent one out there.
Ken.
When they come out I fell in love with them.
I bought the 204, 223, 22 PPC, 22-250, 220 Swift, 245, 6MM PPC, 6.5 Creed and the 308.
Each and everyone shoot great out of the box.
Well I got my gun back from the barrel guy just before Christmas.
Took it to the fellow I usually use had the stock fitted and beding done.
Just found me a nice Huskemah scope should have it next week to mount.
Then finally get to shoot this thing.
It’s taken a while but it should be worth it.
I have the following convertibles already
32-20 and 32 H&R
9mm and 357 Mag
45ACp and 45 LC.
I have a 38-40 in a Colt and a 44-40 in a Colt.
I'm kind of Ruger crazy and just like the convertibles.
I don't know how easy it will be to find one this far North but I do have a couple shops that I am...
Anyone on here had a chance to shoot one of these in the 38-40 configuration?
I wouldn't care about the 10mm but the 38-40 gives me a warm fuzzy feeling deep inside!!
My Ruger M77 MkII target now has a clip! Bottom metal fit no problem at all.
The clip needed a little bit of a tweek to get it to function with the 220 Swift Cartridge.
