Thanks for the replies guys! That break is on crazy tight. Granted you don't want it coming off but I tried using a proper wrench on it and it would not budge. I thought about hitting it with a torch to see if that would help too but I haven't gotten around to that yet. Jay

I like my Scout a lot but one thing I don't care for is the muzzle break. How can I get that thing off? I want to just run the thread protector. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Jay

Interesting thought. I have had ARs but they are not for me. I don't care for the sound of the spring in the buffer tube. Wouldn't say that I won't own one again but I am not in a hurry to go back down that road again. Jay

Shot them yesterday. Flawless. I know OM pistols are pretty cool too. Oh, and they slick up really nice and cheap compared to making NM work like OM pistols. Jay
