There's not enough difference between them to make any real difference and as with every other handgun round, placement is more important than perceived minor differences in power. My favorite EDC auto is a Smith 3914, and since it only comes in 9mm I am perfectly happy with that. Juan

As others have said, the sky's the limit when puttering with a 10-22. I tend to prefer mine with just a minor trigger tuning and a sight upgrade for my old eyes, but the huge amount of aftermarket parts available for the 10-22 will let you turn one into anything from a mini-assault weapon toy...

Walmart might also think it is a way to deter theft. Assuming that a thief isn't smart enough to remove the sticker, that is.... Juan
