A while back I remember seeing some SP101s with the ring commander style hammer. As I recall, they were DAO and an overrun of a special production run for the Department of State. They used to be fairly common on the auction sites, but I haven't looked in a while so I don't know about current...

I think all you would need to change is the follower and the mag spring to upgrade to 8 round capacity.

I think the plastic follower was used on the earlier, 7 round version of the mags. How many rounds do the plastic follower mags take?
