    I ordered one from the hardware store in Kennebunk Maine after seeing an add in Field and Stream. That was fall of 1961. It cost $105.00.

    Not a revolver but this ad caught my attention back in1961. I went to the hardware store in Kennebunk, Maine and ordered it sight unseen. I really liked that little carbine.

    One possible reason is the greater chamber pressure of the 30 SC may not be compatible with the LC9S.

    Looks like mine too. Mine also needed the throats opened up. Shown with its little brother the flattop . Both .45 convertables.

    Very improved! Higher pressure, longer case, more factory bullet options. Reloaders will have a ball with this new round. Look at the .357 Max loads compared to factory original loadings.

    I think they all have them. I bought one at the Dundee, Mi. store this morning. A guy in front of me bought one too. He said that Cabela's basically got most of the latest production.
