I have "Basic Talk", which is VOIP thru the internet. It is only about $15 a month for unlimited in the U.S. You can get the adapter/modem thing at Walmart, and it costs about $15 also. Of course it goes out when internet or power is down, but I have a cell for emergencies. With out of town...

If stability is a problem, you can always use some of those steel " L " shaped brackets, and fasten the thing to the wall! I reload on an old wood kitchen table, and also an old light duty wooden desk, but I have enough weight in dies, bullets, and other equipment to hold everything in place...
