Thanks guys. I had an older NM Blackhawk, back in the 80's when I was about 17 and loved it, but let it get away from me. Actually I traded it for a Super Blackhawk that was made in 1976. But let it get away too. I've just been away from SA revolvers too long and all this stuff passed me by.

New here, first post. I have a Blackhawk Convertible I bought new two years ago. I would like to put a Bird's Head grip frame on it. But I'm a little confused by all the Blackhawk/Vaquero and old/new frame talk... Can I purchase a Bird's Head to mount on my pistol or not? Seems all I see is for...
