I bought a new p95 9mm a couple mounts ago and the magazine keeps falling out anyone else have this happen to them and how did you fix it Also it does not seem to be very accurate this is my first 9mm but I have a 45 that seems to be much more accurate than this 9mm I'm using federal ammo 115...
