Just about any sort of automotive-type solvent or even fuel (gasoline, kerosene) should work on bullet lube. Use a plastic container deep enough to immerse your die (tupperware, old cold cut container, etc) and test on a naked bullet to see how long your chosen solvent takes to dissolve...
