I believe early NM SS WMR cylinders were fluted, but im here to be proven wrong I wasnt even sure there were old model stainless SS, but now I have since found them FWIW, I am now a bit more sure this cylinder is for a Ruger OM SS stainless convertible 9 1/2, but again, willing to learn - TIA
