I don't know much about the history on the gun. Got it from a buddy who bought it for a bear gun but then he couldn't find ammo here in Alaska for it. Got disgusted with lack of ammo(he doesn't reload) so he trade/sold it to me. Not sure who did work but was told it is a new barrel, not rebored...

This is a stainless Ruger converted to 5 shot cylinder to shoot the 500 Special/500 JRH/aka 500 S&W Short. Barrel is 4-5/8", free wheeling cylinder and oversized cylinder pin with locking screw. With RCBS trigger spring gauge, gun weighs at 44 oz and trigger at 46 oz. Asking $995 +...
