    Lightweight .22 rifle recommendations.

For me, It's hard to choose between my CZ 452 Scout and Nylon 66 Apache…but, with the sling, the CZ wins out for accuracy. The 66 is more fun, tho.

    PC 4 & PC 9

Thanks for the clarification. I didn’t know they had a specific model designation.

    PC 4 & PC 9

I can imagine a bit of discussion could be had on that topic.

    PC 4 & PC 9

No. Neither of these rifles currently accept Glock mags. I do not know if they can be adapted to do so.

    PC 4 & PC 9

Original ‘90s model PC carbines in .40 S&W and 9mm. Sturdy, well built rifles that were designed for severe duty. NOT “takedown“ models. Both are excellent shooters with no issues and neither are finicky on ammo. PC 4 comes with 3 mags (2-Ruger “LEO only” marked). PC9 comes with 3 Ruger 10rd...

    RUGER PC4 RIFLE

I also have a older model PC 4 in excellent condition and would sell it with 3 mags. There may be a 4th mag, but I don’t remember for sure. If you’re interested, PM me with your email address for pictures. (The wife and I are downsizing and the rifle is at another location).

Ruger Red Label 28GA-New Upland Bird Gun

I switched from 12ga to 28ga for trap when my neck and shoulder would no longer tolerate the recoil. Now, I won‘t shoot 12ga at all for any sport. Reloads cost about $5-6 per box and take about an hour per hundred on a Mec Junior…so it’s pretty inexpensive, comparatively. OK…so my scores...

Old model PC9 carbine trigger question

As it is, the rifle is certainly reliable and as accurate as can be expected in a 9mm carbine and I agree it’s not ever going to have a match trigger, but I wouldn’t mind improving it a bit…if it’s reasonable to do. Probably not going to chase he project too far if no one on here as already...

Old model PC9 carbine trigger question

I won’t say the trigger is “that bad” overall, but after reading about the improvements that Sierra Papa made (and offers for sale) for the Beretta CX4 carbine, I wondered if there might be a source for the Ruger PCs. As I said, my only real issue is with the take up being excessive. That much...

Old model PC9 carbine trigger question

I have an original model PC 9 that I would like to improve the trigger on. Way too much take-up for my taste. Pull weight isn’t terrible…and For what it’s designed for, I really wouldn’t want it much lighter. Are there any trigger swaps or modifications available that anyone knows of out there?

    Ruger 22 handguns

I guess I’m the odd ball amongst the readers here…I almost NEVER shoot single action. Since my carry gun is a DAO, concealed hammer revolver, I practice improving/maintaining technique that I might need for self defense follow up shots. It’s pretty simple to “stage” a trigger so as to have a...

Scope or Red Dot for Ruger PC 9 Carbine?

This is relatively CQB firearm and full out war club. Not a precision shooter. Rear aperture is good out to 100 plus yd.
