My new (to me) 9mm SP-101 is a fine pistol. I think it is of recent manufacture. They come with 3 moon clips. Unfortunately, Ruger sells additional moon clips for them at 3 for $15! :? I have tried moon clips for the Ruger 9mm LCR. They do not fit -- they are a bit smaller than the SP-101...
