What does the throats slug? also the forcing cone measurements. If you have smaller throat and forcing cone than muzzle you will have lots of leading. If so they may need to be opened up to shoot lead.

Have you verified that there isn't a bullet stuck in the forcing cone? by feeling with a long rod. That is the problem with other peoples reloads.
