More than three times that And I agree there's nothing factory-looking about the barrel, cylinder, or extractor

JP Sauer Hy Hunter Western Six-Shooter 22lr

A question was asked about the cylinder, I figured it would be useful to show this view, as this revolver has seen very little use at all, with no peening at the chamber mouth areas of the cylinder

JP Sauer Hy Hunter Western Six-Shooter 22lr

Clearing some space to fund a Christmas present for myself $200. It's all there and in very nice shape, works great Notice hairline crack in the original faux antler grip panel, which has been stable for the few years that I've owned it

Long term review of my .22lr LCP2 as a pocket pistol

I'm still interested in seeing the underside of the slide, the rails, the breech face, locking areas etc Inside the mag well would be interesting to see as well With 20k rounds through it, there's definitely a story to tell with those images

I've owned old black powder guns and rifles, I've owned cape guns and combination guns - but not an original front loading cape gun I'm interested to hear what your interest is in this discussion

Less Expensive---rebarrel or rechamber a Ruger No. 1?

There's the 7x57, but they'd have to set the barrel back in order to clean up the 7mm Mauser chamber 280 would clean up the 7x57 -- but the question has to do with 7x64 Why 7x64? Is it for horsepower, or is it for vanity? 280 will provide the power and would get a (factory) 7x57 running hotter...

Less Expensive---rebarrel or rechamber a Ruger No. 1?

I don't think that there's a factory 7x64 or 7mm Brennbeke No.1 If there is - that's what I'd do Sell existing and buy the factory gun

Less Expensive---rebarrel or rechamber a Ruger No. 1?

For chamber modification of existing rifle, consider the rate of twist I don't know what any of the stock Ruger barrels feature for twist rate, but it'll be good to look at that first and see if they're compatible with the goals that your friend has with the 7x64
