I had numerous flat bolts and two hollow bolts at Tulsa last week, and a Cabelas buyer came by and bought nine of them. One was a 77R 7x57 hollow bolt, so yes, they do exist. The other hollow bolt was a 25-06 77R. There was a 350 M77 FB in there too. These were from one estate, most new but...

I too bid on that, simply because I recently found sn 281 at a gun shop, bought it and sold it to a collector that had to have it, and in my mind, $1500 was still a good buy for a 3 digit flatgate. Maybe the collector I sold #281 to wanted to have a sister gun for it... hmmm

The only use I have found for conversion parts is to get the trigger and grind off the 'arm' so that I can use it in an old model that had a broken trigger.... Not much value otherwise...

If someone is still looking for a shooter, I put mine up for sale at Reddingauction.com and is going up for sale on 4/26.. Mine had a scope mount added to top strap and sports a bushnel phantom scope, so it is a 2hole tapper, but shoots great... Sorry for hijacking the post, but thought others...

Just picked up a Low Launch Driver head sn L00105, and 3 new #1 woods with socks (yes, new :) ) - 7.5* A00021, 8.5* B00321, and 9.5* C00379. The three #1s make a nice addition to my #1 Rifle collection... Send me a pm if you want me to send a pic, as it is too large size wise to post here...
