Honestly, I think the biggest problem with the 345 was that it was not a 1911. When it came out, the market for 1911's was red hot. Most folks who wanted a .45 that was not a 1911 wanted it to be a double stack. In the end, I just don't think that many buyers wanted a non-1911 .45 with the same...
Unless you already have an SR9/Security9 and want to use the same mags in both guns, no reason not to install the Glock magwell. Magpul and Korean milsurp Glock mags work great in all my guns and cost half as much as OEM.
Winchester has a line of lead free hunting rounds that are semi-reasonably priced, I would give those a try. The price of Sierra and Nosler lead core bullets is right up there with non-lead slugs these days anyhow.
Mine worked great with any Glock mag, OEM or not. If you're stuck with 10 rounders, get the Glock 26 mags so you don't have a bunch of empty space protruding out of the gun. I think somebody also makes a baseplate so you can fix two of them together.
Fun store can't keep the standard Wrangler in stock much less the birdshead version. I should probably be spending my money on less important things like bills and fuel right now anyway.
I'm wonder if Ruger is planning to roll out an economy single action centerfire at some point. In...
The P95 and SR9 were always huge sellers around here. When Ruger did a run of SR's last year they sold out fast and my local dealer said he was praying that Ruger was bringing them back full time again. Absolutely nobody cares about the RAP, and the Security 9 is strictly sold on price point and...
I've been reading about the IWI Masada pistol and am amazed how closely it resembles the RAP. Both have the same design layout and controls, The outlines are eerily close down to the upside down vee shape on the bottom of the grip which corresponds to the shape of the mag baseplate. Field...
