    new sp101

I can't wait to get one of these it just got CA. approved so I know I will be able to buy one as soon as they get to the gun shops. I've been wanting a 22 DA revolver for awhile I know there are other brands but after all I am a Ruger nut. Sharpeblade those are some nice pics of some nice guns.

    The .22 SP announced

I've been waiting for this I just hope it makes it to CA. I can't get the SR1911 so I hope I will be able to get this for some less expensive shooting fun.

SR40 w/ Galloway recoil assembly range report

Great info. I just picked up my SR40 and I was wondering which spring to use. I put a SS guide rod in my SR9 and love it I instantly got tighter groups and enjoy shooting it much more. I have a 330 SR9 and I am thinking about ordering the trigger kit for it when I order the SS guide rod for the...

Finally shot my Ruger pc4 carbine lots of fun!

I have a PC9 and a PC4 and yes they are fun to shoot. If you go to the Ruger website you can down load the manuel for the PC rifles. Go to customer service then click on instruction manuals then click on PC4 and then download. As for a mag loader try UpLula IMO its the best mag loader around...

Thinking about trading my sp101 22

Replacing the SP would be far more difficult than buying one of the other guns you want. Unless you really don't shoot it anymore or just don't want it I say keep it. I know I'd like to have one their neet little guns and cheap to shoot. Just my 2 cents, Dusterman

    Security Six Grips

Thanks everyone for the info. I see I'm going to be picking up a couple of different grips to try out. I want to get the wood grips that would have come on this gun because I like that type of grips. A couple of weeks ago I picked up a 1985 Redhawk 7 1/2" blue with original wood grips in...

    Security Six Grips

I just bought a 1977 6" blue Security Six. Being in CA. I have to wait for it to clear before I can pick it up. It has a pachmayr grip right now, my question is what orginal wood grip came on that year. I have seen 2 different types on that gun. Thanks, Dusterman

    SR9c Slide Stop/Release Mod

Both my SR9 and my SR9c I can release the slide by pushing down on the Slide Stop lever. At first it was a little difficult but now I have no problems. I wouldn't say its easy if it was it might not hold back the Slide. I guess I just got lucky with mine.

Which Ruger pistol to go with PC9 carbine

I have a PC9 and a PC4. I have the P94 in both 9mm and 40 cal. because I like the feel of that model so my suggestion is if you like your P94 40 cal. you might want to get it in 9mm. Now if you want something a little lighter you might try the P95. I will say one thing ya gotta love those PCs.

    Sling for a PC9

I have a PC9 that does not have the rear sling mount. Its marked Police carbine and is #68. I also have a PC4 and it does have a rear sling mount. I know you want to have a sling on it but if its marked like mine would it be worth more if you didn't add the mount to it? Of course thats only if...

    How accurate is the SR9C??

I have both and I don't know why but I'm a little better with the C than the fullsize. It maybe I concentrate a little harder on aming the C I'm not sure well I guess it's back to the range for a little more testing. :D

    problems with P944TH??

I have 2 P94s 1 in 9mm and the other is the 40 cal. If you haven't shot a pistol before I suggest you go to a range and shoot a 40 cal. it can be a bit to snappy for some people. I'm not saying it's not a good gun I love mine I just had to get used to how it shoots it's definitely different than...

    Vaquero 357/9mm ?

Thank you for the replys and ideas (street & rugerguy). Chet15 I'll keep you in mind if I decide to move up to a 5 1/2" barrel but for now I'll just have to be satisfied with a 357, of course I will be happy with that, it still will be a nice little collection to have. Thanks again for the...
