If an private individual gets a table at a gun show does he, (the seller) have to do a background check like a dealer would? Any paperwork to get done? Just curious, thanks

I live near a gun range here in south Florida, so close I can ride my bicycle with all my "stuff" in a backpack. But life gets busy and I haven't been shooting since I took my new Ruger there to test fire a month ago.

After a long hiatus I have found my way back to this forum. I live in south Florida on the Gulf coast with the Everglades in my backyard. Recently bought another Ruger, (security 9) and really like this small handgun. Thanks for taking me back I to this group.
