    77/44 - Finally got a range day

Not my experience with Leupolds unless they are the old ones with friction adjustments rather than clicks

    Ruger Red Label 28 gauge

Leupold scopes did that too, the older ones anyway.

Red Label 20 to 28 GA?

They made a smaller frame for the 28 because the 20 is too heavy and clubby, even for a 20 in the opinion of many. The 28 is a wand. Love mine

Ruger 77 safari magnum, stock length

I have a 77 mk II in the safari magnum version (RSM). It has an aftermarket recoil pad. If you have the same version, with an original recoil pad, I am wondering what is the length of pull? I am trying to determine if the stock was cut when the new pad was installed. Thanks

    Original recoil pad

Have a Ruger Safari Magnum in .375. I know the original pads were not as soft as some other pads, but I would still like to find one. Anyone know a source? Or have one yourself? Thanks

    Scope mounting Ruger 1.

I have a Leupold 1.75-6 on one of mine. Also a Trijicon 3-9.

    Scope mounting Ruger 1.

i was gonna suggest just trying a different scope, but I don’t like to suggest an answer to a question that was not asked. So, since you are open to another scope, most of the older 4x scopes have enough tube length and eye relief. Some new variables do as well.
