    Torqueing pc9 action screws?

After field stripping it says to use a torque wrench. Do i need to buy a wrench or can you get the correct torque with just the included allen wrench?

How to field strip PC carbine?

How hard is it field strip the new pc carbine? The video on the ruger site looks awfully hard, you need a torque wrench and screwdrivers. Seems hard to remove the bolt to clean it.

    New 7.5" 45 Colt. 45 ACP Blackhawk

Also i have read the military load was 28 gr. and the cilivan load was 40 gr. The military wanted a lighter load for firing on horseback.

    New 7.5" 45 Colt. 45 ACP Blackhawk

In the 1880's the 45 long colt used 40gr. of black powder. The 45 colt used 28gr. even though the cases were the same length, thats how they distinguished the difference between the two loadings. I have read that in several gun books about the old west. True or not I do not know for sure.

    Rap trigger pull?

New it measures almost 8# with a Lyman trigger pull gauge. Will it lighten up with use? This is worse than a s&w sigma.

Any news of rap 45 extended mag?

I was wondering if any one was making them before they are banned?

I'm finding myself rather impressed with the RAP 45.

By the way the rap45 model only comes with two back straps, med. & large.

    American now on Closeout?

I think most don't like 10 because its politically correct.

    American now on Closeout?

Every one I talked to about the 45 rap has said they would buy one if held only two more rounds. I think they will miss out if they don't release an extended mag.

    Ruger American 45acp test drive

So the gun can still be fired if the trigger safety is out?

RAP more like 3" at 25 yards... what's is good accuracy?

I think the 3" at 25 yards is what the military used with the 1911 as being OK for military use.

    Using .454 cast bullets?

In an older black hawk from about 1975 which has never been fired. A .454 sized bullet drops through the cylinder throats. Is it OK to use .454 cast bullets?

Which sizing die .451 or .452?

Both cylinders measure .451 when a lead bullet is pushed through a convertible 45 black hawk. Do I need a 451 sizer die or is my 452 alright to use? Didn't know if I would get terrible leading with the 452 size? I did not really want to get the 45lc. cylinder reamed. Thanks
