Aluminum 9 mm has been very reliable for me...I use it only for range/practice. I like that it is lightweight..makes carrying 200 rounds much easier... I have a stash of brass 9 that I keep for long term storage...

Another problem is when buying a gun from a private citizen how do you protect yourself...the buyer...from a scam? Is there a way to insure that the buyer and seller are protected?

I probably have 400 rounds through it, its my EDC. I shoot it about every 4th range visit, 20 or so rounds a time just to "keep it running" As others have said, it is NOT A RANGE GUN, just something you can ALWAYS have with you. No problems with it...."It is what it is"

Has anyone tried the MAGGUTS 6 to 7 round mag conversion? I have one on my Shield 9 mm, makes the 8, 10 round works 100%. Somehow an extra round would "feel better". ps I have no affiliation with the magguts company...

I'm going to try it on my G26, I had the slide polished a while back, looks great ( I like 2 tone guns) but it definitely made it harder to grip... I never holster it as I don't use it as an EDC so that will not be a problem.... i have been carrying the LCP which I can just about rack...

Much improved appearance, you coulda' run it the whole length from one piece to the other <vbg>
