Is this kit legal in Calif? Ruger says it is safe and reliable to convert the LC380ca to LC9, however the LC9 is not listed on the Calif. Compliant handgun list. I have found nothing on the page listing rules and regulations. Anyone know anything regarding conversions? Thanks, Mike Nielsen Grass...
