idk about all your sigs and p95s and whatnot, but I would put my gp100 up against anything in ccw, it can hit a 9in plate at 100m open sights. for a gun that i ccw thats pretty damn good for me.
+1 to mraywi haha. yeah judging by the recoil of a light j frame, I imagine the lcr is going to be quite unpleasant to shoot .357s. And as for carrying .357 in bear country, I would rather have .357 mag over 10mm. But i would carry 44 mag lol
i would cast my vote with the 357 mag revolver...can shoot 38 specials for all day fun at the range without emptying your wallet, can shoot 158 gr 357s for hunting deer, hogs, ect, can be used as a bear gun in black bear country (wouldnt trust it in griz country) and the 357 mag is the best self...
hate to disagree with ya rev, but i really dislike the look of the wood paneled grips...they look tacky to me...i like the solid hogue grip bc i feel like its glued into my palm...but I admit I do want a fancy tulipwood grip for my gp100 to make it "perdy" haha
