    Finally...a 260

I have a Ruger .260 compact and I love it. It's my go to deer rifle.

I have been eyeballing the niece in .22 LR. I need a good .22 pistol for plinking and fishing. I have a Belgium made Browning Buckmark Challenger that was my Grandfathers. But she is a safe Queen and never leaves. As a matter of fact it is probably 99%. So, therefore that is a good reason to...

The gun shoots great! After poking around on the internet I think I'm gonna put an Ultra Dot on it like others recommended. I was originally leaning towards a Burris variable power scope, but I don't think I would like it after what I've read about variable power scopes on handguns. I've only...

    SBH Bisley Hunter Loose Grips

Well the dealer made it right! He called me this morning and said he had the other bisley in. I took mine over their and we swapped grips and what a huge difference. These were so tight on the other guns dowel pin we could hardly get them off. Put them on my gun and viola! No more loose grips. I...

It's funny you posted that as I was just wondering about a red dot on a hunting revolver. I've been looking at different scopes to top it with and I wondered if anyone used a red dot. What do you use and how in the world would I mount that to this gun without another base?

    SBH Bisley Hunter Loose Grips

Got the super glue applied and cut me a spacer out of a carbon fiber arrow. Trying to keep the weight down! :) Really though thats all I had. I'll let the glue set up over night and tighten it up in the morning. I did talk to the dealer I purchased it from and he has another gun on the way and...

    SBH Bisley Hunter Loose Grips

Alright guys. I've got a different problem. This morning when I went to take the grips off, I wanted to see just how tight I had gotten it. It turns out I was never able to get it tight because the nut was spinning. Maybe it was like that from Ruger, maybe I did it. Either way the nut spins in...

You can bet I will! I read about that yesterday and doing that small step is a no brainer! :)

That completely makes since. Any recommendations on the epoxy or just any two part epoxy will do?

    SBH Bisley Hunter Loose Grips

Just purchased a new SBH Bisley Hunter and after I got it home I noticed the grips are just a tad loose or should I say they have a slight movement. I tightened them up some but I'm scared i'll over tighten them and cause myself a problem. I called Ruger this morning and they said to call back...

Well I'm in!! Purchased a SBH Bisley Hunter yesterday. I held both the SBH and the Bisley Hunter and I loved the Bisley grip. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet but I will tomorrow! I did notice something after I got it home. The grips are just a tad loose or should I say they have a slight...

Thanks for all the input guys. I found a local gun shop that has a SBH Bisley Hunter in stock. So, hopefully tomorrow I can go take a look at it and feel it in my hand. I live in Augusta, GA and I don't know of any shops that rent guns such as revolvers to shoot.

I've been wanting a Ruger revolver for a while now and I have been saving my pennies. I got a little Christmas money and now i've got enough! I don't own any revolvers and felt like that was a gap in my collection and I felt the best way to fill it was with aa Ruger!! :) Now the age old...
