Daughter thinks she wants an LC380

I think the LC 380 is a good choice! All the fuss over the length of the trigger pull is overblown. This is a self defence weapon not a target gun.. The final choice should be experience!!!!! Go to the LGS and hanle the weapon. Make sure she can handle the slide and find a store that has one...

    LCP with Laser...which is best?

I Installed the Laser Lite on my LCP and like it for a number of reasons. 1. I fits into my existing holsters nicely. 2. It installed in 15 minutes with simple tools. 3. I'm not a quick draw artist so the time to push the button was not a problem. With a little practice it falls right under the...

Laser Accuracy - Overcoming "The Shakes"

I haven't been here for a long time. I sign in and the first thing I find is a bunch of insults and personal opinions. NOT A GOOD START :( As to moving the sights across the target and firing when you reach the middle, sounds like a very good chance that you will jerk the trigger! Two...

Not a Ruger (XD9), but I'm sure you guys will know.

I have an XD9 SC and the trigger slap is the only problem I have with it. I have been working with different grippings to see if I can find one that is more comfortable, but so far , after 50 rounds or so my finger is sore #$@&. The good news is that if I have to use it, I don't expect to have...

    Accuracy question

It all boils down to the NUT behind the slide. All the fine tunning and tight parts etc mean nothing if you cant hold a stead sight picture.

So I've been lurking on the XD boards...

I have an XD9SC and the trigger is reasonable for a SD weapon... I wouldn't want to shoot bullseye with it but other than that, It isn't bad... There at least two shops that specialize in improving trigger pulls. Both shorting them and lightening them.
