i have the newly released in 2009 ruger 77/44 all weather rifle, beautiful rifle, sweet trigger but it won't keep lead bullets on the paper as they just fly all over the place. i switched over to factory remington 240g hp's and it shot .418" 3 shot group at 50 yards off the bench with a scope...

the best accurate shooting ruger single six i ever owned was a 4 5/8 inch one from years ago. it was a pure tack driver. wish i had it back. bhk308

i took the bisley gripframe off my six & a half inch and switched it to my nine & a half inch, i think it looks cool since they didn't make the bisley in a long barrel. bhk308
