    GP 100 Grips

For some reason, the OEM rubber finger grooves just didn't fit my grip. They weren't the prettiest, but did fine absorbing the 357 recoil. The Chig's grips inserts with the rubber grip seem to be the best of both worlds for me.

What .45 ACP do you conceal carry most often?

Let me preface this by stating that I am in my 5th month of awaiting approval of my carry permit here in NJ. However, I do carry my Shield 45 whenever I'm at home.

    Chig’s Grips

I have an off the shelf set of inserts for my GP100 that are very nice. Chad does great work.

What .45 ACP do you conceal carry most often?

I'm in NJ, so until I actually get my carry permit I carry my Shield 45 around the house and property. Matter of fact, after seeing the restrictions in the latest bill that is destined to pass, looks like I'll just be carrying around the house and property if/when I get my permit.

    Wrangler Accuracy or Lack Thereof

I'm no sharp shooter, so my misses are no worse with my Wrangler than my other guns. I rarely go out past 15 yds but it groups as well as I let it.

    GP100 spring kit.

Highly reccommend springs, shims and polish. Just got back from the range after working on my GP100. Put shims on the hammer, hammer dog, and trigger. Put in a 10 lb. hammer spring and 8 lb. trigger spring, all from triggershims.com. Lance was very quick (within the hour) responding to my email...
