I can’t think of anything you can do that doesn’t have a possibility of damaging the tritium tube and destroying the night sight. But it’s early in the morning and I’m tired.

Ruger redesigned the Lowback grip frame because of complaints about it being uncomfortable for use with .357 magnum loads. The more modern frame shape is, to me, much more useable with wood grips. YMMV. Everybody has different hand shape and strength and what works best for one person may be...

I've read that the only way to remove properly applied Ceracote is with abrasive blasting. I believe someone here on the forum has swapped out his ugly Wrangler grip frame for one from a Single Six.

I’m not particularly fond of the XD pistols but I could come to grips with that if presented with the opportunity to buy one for $200.
