Triggerpull, I use these bullets with 17 to 18 grains of 2400 powder and a firm crimp on the bullet. I see no accuracy difference using either standard or magnum primers. Make sure your revolver has a good forcing cone, preferably an 11 degree angle. I found these to be like Thor's hammer on...

After many years if reloading the 45 Colt, I have found that 8.5 to 9.0 grains of Unique ignited by a Remington large pistol primer shoot very well in all my Ruger 45's. The 8.5 Unique load should give you 850 fps. Gary
