Thanks. I contacted Ruger and described the issue and they advised me to send the gun to them. I appreciate your input.

The cylinder on my SP101 will rotate clockwise when the action is closed. There is a positive click when the chamber is lined up with the barrel. However I recently acquired a GP100 and the cylinder will NOT rotate after the action is closed. Is one of these in need of service?

I own a 4.2" GP100, 2.25" SP101, Single Six .22lr/mag, and a AR 5.56
