I'm finding that every FTF I've had with my RAP Compact .45 have come while using Ruger 10 rd mags. I've also had several times when the slide didn't lock back after last round. I have had no issues with the 7 rd mags. Anybody else have similar problem? New spring? Or just stick with 7 rd...
Just picked up one of these "gray" pistols and headed to the range. I went thru 100 rds of 230 gr RN without a hick-up. But when I loaded up some handloads with Hornady XTP's it wouldn't feed them at all.
What defensive ammo are you guys using in you RAPs? Thanks

I'm looking at an old three screw for sale locally and would like to know if this model had the larger bore or not. SN is 99xxx so it looks like it was made in '58. Thanks
