I have a ballistics file, which is really a list of ammo retail online stores for 35 handgun and 25 rifle calibers. There are over 3,500 entries in this file, of which over 2,800 are just for handgun calibers, spread across the 35 calibers. In this file, I have 19 entries for your desired caliber - .327 Mag. A few entries are from Lucky Gunner. Someone else mentioned in here that he uses Tactical Surplus, but they do not offer .327 Mag ammo at all, I just checked. Other suppliers of your ammo listed in my file are Laxammo, Sportsmanguide, Federalpremium, Cheaperthandirt, and more.

Also, to think that any specific ammo outlet is cheaper than any other is not realistic. Pricing for any ammo from any outlet will vary on the date and the specific ammo. This means that sometimes you will find a specific ammo is cheaper in a certain outlet, and then a few weeks later it is better priced elsewhere.

As for your caliber, it is not a popular one at all, and that is why I have only 19 outlets listed. For example, there are 393 9mm entries, 97 10mm, 224 .357 Mag, 162 .38 Spec., 176 .380, 260 40mm, 108 .44 Mag, 526 .45 ACP, 175 .45 Colt, and more.. Each entry links to the website where you can buy that round. And ever since COVID, not all links will have that ammo available. This has gotten better in the past 3-6 months, and prices have started to come down as well.

If anyone is interested in this file, just message me and I will email it to you. It is free. I release it as a PDF file, but the original file is an MS Excel file. All the ballistics info, which each entry has, comes from the data shown by the retail outlets. I did not create any of it myself. Occassionally, the ballistics info is not correct at a retial outlet (at their website), and I email them and get it straightened out. So, my ballistic numbers are very accurate. In addition to the ballistics info, each entry in my file also has the price per box and per round, the type of bullet, the rating the outlet has, the brand of the ammo (its manufacturer), the date I last updated that entry, and more.

Glad to hear you found a reasonably priced source. While I do not have any .327 Mag entries from Buds, I do have then as a source for many other calibers, and often they are quite inexpensive, and are priced nicely. What manufacturer and model ammo did you order? I would then see if it is in my .327 Mag section at all, and if so, I can then check out its ballistics.

I've used Lucky on quite a few occasions no problems at all. Cheaper than dirt, I will never use them again due to their price gouging when things get lean in the ammo word. Usually much more than other ammo company's.
I guess I remember hearing that about them at the start of the pandemic. And people remember getting bent over . ;)

Thanks for your quick response. I just checked my file, and that round is the most powerful .327 Mag cartridge made, at 500 ft. lbs. of ME! Also, I clicked on one of my links to get an up-to-date price on this ammo, and it is from Selway Armory for $28.99 for a box of 50. I do not know what their shipping cost is, and sometimes this can be a show stopper. Here is their link: https://www.selwayarmory.com/federal-american-eagle-327-federal-magnum-100-gr-jsp-box-of-50.html. I have two other sources listed for the exact same ammo, but one did not have any availability, and CheaperthanDirt was the most expensive, as it very often is at $59.89!
