Anybody make oversize handgrips for those of us with very large hands who enjoy shooting single action revolvers? In the past, I've had good luck with Herrett's in restocking some of my Smith & Wesson revolvers but, they don't make grips for single actions. My new Ruger Bisley in .45 Colt is begging for some custom grips.

I have made a lot of thicker grips for the bisley. Are you looking for the grip to extend bellow the frame or to wrap around the frame and to fill in behind the trigger? I would be happy to work with you to try and make what you are looking for . just drop ma a line and we can talk. Steve

Hogue grip panels are fatter than factory. I have a set in "ivory" and it makes for a more comfortable grip even with my average sized hands.

I have Hogue exotic wood grips and also white micarta ones for my Acusport Bisley 45Colt/ACP. They are a good bit thicker than factory and in just the right places. Plus, the wood is spectacular and they are reasonably priced. The white micarta ones are a bit heavier than wood and seem to shift the balance slightly rearward.

Ditto on the wood Hogues. I have a set on a Sheriff's model Bisley in .45 and shoot VERY hot loads comfortably (300-325 gr hardcast @ 1200-1300 fps).

Mine are coffee table quality burl.

Pretty much any thing you can imagine, Ronnie can program into the computer, and the matching will cut them for you. Longer, wider ( not thicker) more knuckle room etc.
I had a couple specific wants, 4 degree frame for recoil taming, a larger and deeper trigger guard, then a bit more room behind the trigger guard, and lightly radiused lower corners. Still has the classic Bisley look but fits me like an old comfortable glove.
