Anyone replace the basic plastic carbine #19100 forend with an aftermarket ventilated hand guard?
What brand did you use?
The Midwest is kind of steep at $180.
The Taccom carbon fiber ULW is more reasonable ($89) but I don't know about the quality, durability.

Good question! It would be great to hear what people think of the various aftermarket options, after they've had 'em for a while. Let us know!

(And if I ever see a 40 caliber PCC in one of the local shops, I'll probably take it home with me! ;>)
