I was wondering if there are any options for a different front sight on this revolver,and is it a pain to change out?Its a dovetail...I would like to find a brass one..A finer point out front..

I would contact Fermin Garza https://fermincgarza.com/ He makes custom dovetail front sights and his work is impeccable. He is well known by Ruger folks and most single action shooters also.

I can attest to the FACT that Fermin is a good guy & will treat you right. Plus his sights & such are TOP NOTCH!
Just sold my 4 inch GP .22 last month to a local shop, sure I could have gotten more $$ if I sold it myself but I didn't want the hassle of shipping and all that. The GP 100 .22 is a fine firearm. A little heavy to take into the field, thus I have a SP and a MK IV to handle my .22 needs--range and field they can do both.
