That too!
So far, I see absolutely no reason to replace my LCP ll with a MAX, and no one seems to be able to give me one. What are you talking about LCP for when LCP Max is out? It is obsolete now. The LCP line is a line of belly busters. Up close and personal get off me defense guns. I carry the Max every day. Throw some good name brand hollow points in there and you are good to go. I use the Ruger pocket holster than came with it until I decide to by a $30 sticky holster. If I were a perp, id throw my hands up just a quick to an lcp as I would an AK. The equality movement is real when it comes to taking a bullet.
Oops. Misunderstanding. My LCP ll s are of both calibers , though I favor the ,22 with a 10 round mag. As for the other, the extra 4 rounds aren't worth buying a new handgun and putting this one away. Yes, the extra 4 rounds are a good selling point if I was looking at new handguns, but not if I already have the LCP ll. If I can't stop it in six, ten won't help. Multiple attacker shoot-out you say? Who says I only carry one firearm? The Max is barely larger and holds x4 more rounds. Assuming you don't care or consider 7rds enough for a self defense encounter in which you have to deploy and discharge a firearm. That's not actually the point though. The point is know you can have extra firepower in the same package. Knowing this and still deciding not to do that is just ridiculous.
Exactly! Who doesn't carry a spare mag or two? Sorry, not worth switching to the MAX. Again, if I didn't already have LCP ll the MAX would be a good buy. I mean, I have firearms that hold multiple rounds, but does that mean I should ditch my 2 shot back-up derringer?Mg LCP II is 7+1. I have two loaded additional magazines. That is 22 rounds. If I need more ammo then that then I am in a war zone.

Something for every one.
Greetings fellow wing nut.Hello from a career Air Force man.
These LCP MAX arms looking interesting. What is the weight of the 10+1 option?
My wife is disabled and I will try to do all that I can to protect her.
I have fired untold rounds of various makes and bullet weights through my LCP II without any problems of any kind. Perhaps the problem is the shooter. One issue is "stove-piping". Masood told me to use heavier bullets=the lighter bullets in ++P and +P cycle the action too quickly.
Well, the problem was experienced by several shooters and was resolved by switching bullet weights. According to Massoud Ayoub, this is a recurring issue with small pistols and hot, light ammo. I always check a CHL pistol with quantities of ammo of various quality and weights.I have fired untold rounds of various makes and bullet weights through my LCP II without any problems of any kind. What holster do you carry it in?LCP Custom when I need small and discreet carry.
The LCP didn't become a relic just because they added better sights, a striker and a bigger grip. Mine serves the same purpose it always has. For an "upgrade" I got a Max9. It turns out the striker barely lights the primers. 97% reliability isn't exactly confidence inspiring. I doubt I will trust any of the new striker guns after this. The 2 non fired ones were after a 20% stronger striker spring. The original LCP with it's DAO is probably one of the safer options for carry as well. I've been hearing about a lot of strikers randomly releasing lately. What are you talking about LCP for when LCP Max is out? It is obsolete now. The LCP line is a line of belly busters.
