I purchased 2 LCP Max pistols and they are failing to load the 10th round with the slide back. The round is nose diving. This is happening with a variety of 6 magazines and multiple different types of ammo from multiple brands. I have sent the pistols back to Ruger twice with videos of the firearms nose diving the first round with the slide back and am not riding the slide or anything. Ruger says they are unable to duplicate the issue. I wanted to see if anyone knew of a fix for this issue so that I can utilize the firearms as backup's. Or if anyone can recommend a good gunsmith that can fix these pistols.
