I picked up a "semi custom" today that had these initials stamped on bottom of cylinder frame. Owner's initials? Or maker's mark?

I'm guessing due to the amateur appearance they must be owner's initials but just thought I'd throw it out there.

Barrel chop, front and rear sights and the action is pretty smooth. Not Harton smooth, but smoother than factory. It also had some nicely fotted black micarta grips that the guy i got it from had swapped out in favor of these checkered things.

Not a full blown custom, but "semi-custom".
