I heard a rumor the other day that Biden is now considering issuing all homeless illegal aliens their own shopping carts. You think it's bad with all of them laying around on all the side walks, think of what it will be when each of them has their own shopping cart parked beside them.

Oh...those tents are all free now. All they have to do is walk into any sporting goods store and take one. They don't have to pay for anything.
