"Will fit old or new model Ruger Blackhawk, Single Six, and Vaquero."

A POLITE piece of info. These appear to fit the XR3-RED type of grip frames. Not all Old Models have that grip frame. Some have a different shape,, and are known as XR3 grip frames. You might want to slightly modify your description. The original XR3 grip frames were used on Old Models from 1953 until 1963.

Correct. The original grip frames by Ruger were marked; "XR3." In 1963,, that era,, they did a bit of a design change,, and made the XR3-RED,, which the RED stands for "redesigned."

Over the decades that follow, there have been a few other changes,, but in general,, those grips fit most types. But when they came out with the New Model 50th anniv Blackhawks & some later models,, Ruger went back to the XR3 shape. BUT,, they moved the grip locator pin hole a little.
There's an EXCELLENT article over on "GunBlast" by Bill Hamm on different grip shapes. It helps explain a lot.
