MK II question

Hi all, been browsing a while and now I've got a question I hope someone here can help me with.

I'm looking at a 5.5" MK II that the seller states he bought new around '99. It has the heavier bull barrel but it is not labeled "government target" on the side. Is this a target model or are there 3 variants on the MK II? The 3 being the standard barrel, the bull barrel, and the target model. If it's not a target model what is the difference on the target vs. the standard bull barrel? Is it just the target crown on the muzzle?

It is a 5.5" Bull Barrel target model. Government Target has 6 7/8" barrel.
